Job summary

honeygrow in Columbus, OH seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple locations, drive food quality, service, and team performance across the district. You will lead GMs, coach for results, and ensure brand standards, safety, and operational excellence during peak and off-peak times.

The role requires multi-unit management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to open new restaurants and develop talent. Competitive compensation with benefits and daily earnings access are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of food related managerial experience.
• Multi-unit restaurant management experience required.
• Restaurant development and opening experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to an automobile for daily use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple honeygrow locations and ensure food, service and teams meet hg standards.
• Lead from the front, model hg culture, and support GMs during peak times.
• Develop internal succession plans and maintain a bench of managers at all levels.
• Accountable for key metric reports, including P/L and health department results.
• Ensure compliance with hg policies, laws, and safety protocols.
