Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-unit or district food service management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Build management by selecting, training and developing managerial employees.
• Establish unit-specific targets for employee satisfaction, guest service and margins.
• Maintain company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications.
• Respond promptly to guest service needs and exercise sound decision-making.
• Hold management accountable and take action when needed.
• Introduce and reinforce new products and initiatives.
• Coach your team to meet customer expectations.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends and drive sales to profitability.
• Ensure the management team follows processes to improve operations.
