Large, fast-growing casual dining franchisee is seeking an experienced multi-unit District Manager to oversee locations in the Canton, OH area. We are searching for dedicated and talented people to join our management team. The principal role of a District Manager is to support the long-term development of your Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, ensure that customers are receiving a consistent and positive experience and manage profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build management by selecting, training and developing managerial employees.
• Establishing and reviewing unit specific performance targets in employee satisfaction, guest service and margin improvement
• Maintaining company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications

Requirements for this position include:

• Proven ability to drive employee satisfaction/retention, guest satisfaction and financial performance
• Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills
