Job summary

Charter Foods Inc. is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple Youngstown area locations.

You will build a strong management team, set performance targets, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' multi-unit food service leadership, excellent communication and decision-making skills, and a track record of improving guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food service management at the multi-unit or district level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record of selecting, coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive employee satisfaction/retention, guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills.
• Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills.
• Desire to develop the team and pursue ongoing personal development.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet objectives within deadlines.
• Ability to communicate detailed restaurant standards to staff and managers.

Responsibilities

• Build management by selecting, training and developing managerial employees.
• Establish unit-specific performance targets in employee satisfaction, guest service and margin improvement.
• Maintain company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications.
