Charter Foods Inc. is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple units in the Erie, PA area. You will support Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers, ensure a consistent guest experience, and drive profitability across the district.

The role requires guiding managers to achieve performance targets, coaching for workforce development, and maintaining food safety and standards. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential, with agility to respond to guest needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in food service management at the multi-unit or district level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction and financial performance.
• Strong planning, organizing and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Build management by selecting, training and developing managerial employees.
• Establish unit-specific performance targets in employee satisfaction, guest service and margin improvement.
• Maintain company standards in food safety, product and facility specifications.
• Respond expeditiously to guest service needs and exercise sound decision making.
• Hold management accountable and take appropriate action when needed.
• Introduce and reinforce new products and initiatives.
• Coach team to meet customer expectations.
• Analyze financial performance of the area and drive sales to maximize profitability.
• Ensure the management team follows processes and performance goals for operational improvement.
