Job summary

Workstream is seeking an experienced District Manager – Multi-Unit for fast casual dining to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Portland, ME. This role drives operational excellence, leadership development, and consistent guest experiences while maximizing financial performance.

You will coach managers, build a leadership pipeline, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to company standards to improve profitability across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit district-level management in restaurant or food service.
• Proven ability to develop leadership and improve guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales, labor and costs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of Restaurant Managers and Assistants.
• Build leadership pipelines and succession plans across locations.
• Ensure accountability for performance and results across teams.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and facility standards.
• Drive improvements through systems and processes and roll out new products.
• Analyze KPIs and drive strategies to improve profitability.
