Taco-Bell is seeking a District Manager – Multi-Unit to oversee several fast casual locations in the Marlborough, MA area. You will drive operational excellence, lead development of store leaders, and maximize guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, ensuring food safety and quality, rolling out new products, and analyzing sales trends to improve profitability across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Developing high-performing teams and improving guest satisfaction.
• Driving sales and profitability across locations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Build leadership pipeline and succession plans across locations.
• Hold management teams accountable for performance and results.
• Ensure consistent execution of standards including food safety and quality.
• Drive operational improvements through systems and processes.
• Lead rollout and execution of new products and initiatives.
• Drive guest experience and profitability, monitoring KPIs.
• Set clear expectations and measurable goals per location.
