Job summary

Workstream in Concord, NH seeks an Area Coach (District Manager) for multi-unit oversight in fast casual dining. You will lead restaurant leadership development, ensure consistent guest experiences, and drive profitability across locations.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and implementation of company standards, with a focus on sales growth, labor control, and KPI achievement across districts. Monday–Friday schedule with field responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level restaurant or food service management experience.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams, improve guest satisfaction, and drive sales and profitability.
• Strong leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Talent Development: Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers; build leadership pipeline; hold teams accountable.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure consistent execution of company standards including food safety, quality, and facility maintenance; drive improvements; roll out new products.
• Guest Experience: Ensure high-quality guest experience; respond to concerns; coach teams to exceed expectations; analyze trends to improve profitability.
• Performance Management: Set clear expectations and measurable goals; track employee satisfaction and retention; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
