The role emphasizes building leadership capacity, executing programs, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Primarily Monday–Friday with flexible evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and improve guest satisfaction and retention.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Build leadership pipeline and succession planning across locations.
• Hold management teams accountable for performance and results.
• Ensure consistent execution of standards including food safety, quality, and facility maintenance.
• Drive operational improvements through systems; rollout of new products and initiatives.
• Provide leadership to ensure a superior guest experience across all locations.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost trends to identify profitability opportunities.
• Set clear expectations and measurable goals per location; monitor engagement and retention.
