Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers.
• Build leadership pipeline and succession planning across locations.

• Ensure consistent execution of standards including food safety, quality, and facility maintenance.
• Drive operational improvements through systems; rollout of new products and initiatives.
• Provide leadership to ensure a superior guest experience across all locations.
• Analyze sales, labor, and cost trends to identify profitability opportunities.
• Set clear expectations and measurable goals per location; monitor engagement and retention.
