Job summary

Sonic | Texas is seeking an Area Supervisor to manage the total operation of multiple restaurants in Texas. You will lead restaurant management, conduct visits, and ensure consistent execution across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.
• Willing to work a 55-hour work week (approximate), including evenings and weekends.
• Strong math skills and ability to analyze profit & loss data.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of multiple restaurants.
• Supervise restaurant management and conducts meetings and store visits.
• Advise and counsel Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.
• Conduct store reviews, certification reviews, and unannounced visits to evaluate service quality.
• Conduct performance reviews and safety audits.
• Monitor daily/weekly/period end sales and cost controls to improve profitability.
• Assist Restaurant Managers in local store marketing.
