Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager responsible for the performance of Restaurant Management Teams within the district. You will ensure management teams meet responsibilities and exemplify Capstone’s hospitality standards across all locations.

You will train, coach, and evaluate General Managers and GMITs, drive guest satisfaction, and align operational performance with financial targets. A strong emphasis on leadership, training, and compliance with food safety is required.

Competenze

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.

Mansioni

• Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards and provides feedback and coaching on improvement; conducts periodic inspections.
• Communicates customer comments and concerns to the appropriate Restaurant Manager and follows up to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensures General Managers and GMITs receive orientation, training, and development opportunities.
• Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve Team Members.
• Evaluates overall performance of General Managers and GMITs against set standards.
• Provides counseling or discipline as needed.
• Trains and follows up on new products, programs, and changes.
• Actively recruits new General Managers and GMITs and matches leadership to store needs.
