Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district, ensuring adherence to job responsibilities and performance expectations. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, coaching, and maintaining QSC standards.

Ideal candidates have extensive restaurant experience and multi-unit leadership, with strong financial planning skills and a willingness to travel 4-5 days per week. Capstone offers a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards; provides regular feedback and coaching; conducts inspections.
• Communicates customer comments to the appropriate Restaurant Manager; follows up to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensures all General Managers and GMITs receive orientation, training, and development opportunities.
• Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve team performance.
• Evaluates overall GM and GMIT performance against defined standards and expectations.
• Participates in counseling and/or discipline when needed.
• Trains and follows up on new products, programs, and changes.
• Actively recruits General Managers and GMITs and aligns talent with restaurant needs.
