Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a District Supervisor Trainee for the East Zone (Greater Cincinnati). The role oversees 6-9 stores, directing store management teams to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure store standards are met.

The position requires 5+ years managing managers or direct reports, with preference for QSR or C-store backgrounds and a strong orientation toward associate development and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience managing managers and/or direct reports.
• Experience in QSR or C-store environment preferred.
• Multi-unit retail store management preferred.
• Belief in people development as a foundation for growth.

Responsibilities

• Directing Store Management Teams: coach The Hi Five Guest Experience; train associates or oversee training.
• Overseeing guest experience and QA scores; respond to areas of improvement.
• Inventory control: ensure shelves, milk boxes, freezers are stocked and displays presentable.
• DipSide Guest Services: ensure stores are prepared for hand-dipped ice cream operations.
• Lead staffing: recruitment, interviewing and development of store associates.
