Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Cincinnati area seeks a District Supervisor Trainee to oversee 6-9 stores in the West Zone. You will lead store management teams, coach staff on The Hi Five Guest Experience, train associates, and ensure all locations meet UDF standards of store conditions and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five or more (5+) years’ experience managing managers and/or direct reports.
• Previous experience in a QSR or C-store environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Store Management Teams: monitor daily activities; coach The Hi Five Guest Experience; train associates; make recommendations for promotions, demotions, suspensions or separations.
• Overall Guest Services: Ensure that stores are providing the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; analyze guest experience and QA scores; respond to areas of improvement.
• Stocking Merchandise: oversee stocking and ensure displays, dairy, and freezers are presentable.
• DipSide Guest Services: ensure hand-dipped ice cream operations meet company standards.
• District & Store Staffing: oversee recruitment, interviewing and selection of store associates; optimize labor usage.
• Inventory Control: ensure stores are stocked; participate in quarterly audits; ensure proper pricing and vendor transactions.
• Security: work with leadership to minimize loss and manage cash controls.
• Financial Reporting: prepare and transmit district results; monitor pricing and competitive actions.
