Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a District Supervisor Trainee for the Columbus Zone, covering Greater Columbus and surrounding cities. The role leads 6-9 stores, coaching managers and developing associates to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience across all locations.

You will oversee staffing, store operations, inventory, and compliance, while driving guest satisfaction, performance metrics and district profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years managing managers preferred.
• Experience in a QSR or C-store environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and oversee staffing.

Responsibilities

• Direct store management teams and coach for guest experience.
• Oversee recruitment and staffing across district.
• Monitor inventory control and POS operations.
• Develop talent and ensure district profitability.
