Job summary

United Dairy Farmers seeks a District Supervisor Trainee to oversee 6–9 stores across Dayton Zone, including northern Cincinnati, Middletown, and Dayton. Lead store teams, coach staff on The Hi Five Guest Experience, and ensure excellent operation and compliance with regulations.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staffing, and develop talent across multiple units while maintaining store standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years’ experience managing managers and/or direct reports.
• Prior experience in a QSR or C-store environment preferred; multi-unit retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directing Store Management Teams, coaching for the Hi Five Guest Experience and promotions.
• Oversee guest services and QA scores; drive improvements across stores.
• Inventory control and merchandise stocking across all district stores.
• Ensure security, cash controls and adherence to policies and laws.
• Recruiting and development of store associates; succession planning.
• Monitor district results and financial performance; vendor coordination.
