Job summary

Save A Lot in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced multi-unit store leadership professional to guide Store Managers and teams toward growth and operational excellence. You will drive staffing, training, onboarding, and development, ensure compliance, budgeting, and customer experience, and collaborate with Store Managers to implement best practices.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years of management, and strong communication; some travel may be involved to support multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of management experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures stores operate to company standards and maximize profits, customer experience, KPI targets.
• Meet and exceed targets such as sales, shrink, and labor budgets; direct action to manage expenses.
• Provide support and instruction to Store Managers through regular store visits and strategic improvement guidance.
• Partner with Store Managers to ensure onboarding, orientation, training and development of store teams.
