Job summary

Save A Lot is seeking a Store Manager to lead and develop store teams across multiple locations, ensuring standards, profitability, and exceptional customer service. You will guide staffing, training, onboarding, and performance improvement while maintaining strong communication with district leadership.

We value strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years of management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of management experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures stores operate to company standards and maximize profits and KPIs.
• Accountable for meeting/exceeding sales, shrink, and labor budgets; direct action on expenses.
• Provide support and instruction to Store Managers via regular store visits and strategic improvements.
• Partner with Store Managers on onboarding, training, and development of store teams.
• Foster open communication between managers and team members for a positive work environment.
