Job summary

gpac is seeking a District Leader to oversee multiple high-volume retail locations. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching teams, driving performance, and delivering results across the district.

You will spend significant time in stores, mentoring Store Managers, leading growth initiatives, and ensuring safety and operational standards while developing future leaders within a fast-paced organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail, convenience store, restaurant, or similar operations.
• Proven track record of improving performance and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, and key operational metrics.
• Comfortable spending the majority of time in stores supporting teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the district.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support multiple store locations within your district
• Drive sales growth, profitability, labor performance, and operational execution
• Recruit, develop, and mentor Store Managers and future leaders
• Conduct store visits, audits, and business reviews to identify opportunities and improve results
• Champion exceptional customer experiences across every location
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards
• Lead initiatives, process improvements, and growth strategies
• Partner cross-functionally to remove obstacles and keep stores performing at a high level
