Job summary

gpac is seeking a District Leader to oversee multiple high-volume store locations within a defined district. This hands-on role emphasizes coaching teams, elevating performance, and delivering results in the field.

You will develop Store Managers, drive sales growth and operational excellence, and ensure customer experiences meet the highest standards. Travel throughout the district is expected as you mentor leaders and execute growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail, convenience store, restaurant, or similar operations.
• Proven track record of improving performance and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, and key operational metrics.
• Exceptional coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable spending the majority of time in stores supporting teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the district.

• Lead, coach, and support multiple store locations within your district
• Drive sales growth, profitability, labor performance, and operational execution
• Recruit, develop, and mentor Store Managers and future leaders
• Conduct store visits, audits, and business reviews to identify opportunities and improve results
• Champion exceptional customer experiences across every location
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and company standards
• Lead initiatives, process improvements, and growth strategies
• Partner cross-functionally to remove obstacles and keep stores performing at a high level
