Bluemont Group, LLC is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Dunkin locations in the United States, with responsibilities for sales growth, operations excellence, and customer service standards across the district.

You will mentor store managers, analyze financials, and implement strategies to improve profitability and market presence from Knoxville area bases. Requires 5+ years in multi-unit retail management and a business degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in retail or multi-unit management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership with experience developing teams and coaching managers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support multiple store managers to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, compliance, and customer experience.
• Develop and implement district-wide strategies to improve sales, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and develop store management teams to build strong leadership and employee engagement.
• Analyze financial statements, sales reports, and market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all locations.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Address and resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges promptly.
• Prepare and present district performance reports to senior management.
