Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a hands-on District Manager to lead and develop teams across multiple Dunkin' locations in the district. This leadership role requires balancing strong operations with guest experience while traveling regularly to designated stores to coach managers and optimize performance.

You will analyze P&L, labor, and costs to drive revenue and efficiencies, while building a positive culture and ensuring audit-ready stores. This is a full-time opportunity with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• QSR experience preferred with ability to drive sales and profitability.
• Proven experience managing P&L statements and budgets.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations and support district operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Dunkin' locations within the district.
• Ensure stores meet brand standards for quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop Restaurant Managers and teams.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across all locations and monitor metrics.
• Lead problem-solving, guest resolution, and compliance with standards and laws.
