Bluemont Group, LLC, the Dunkin' franchise operator, is seeking a District Manager in the United States to oversee multiple store locations within a designated geographic area. This role focuses on driving sales growth, operational excellence, and guest experience across the district.

You will mentor and develop store managers, analyze financials and market data, and implement district-wide strategies to improve profitability and market presence while upholding company standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or multi-unit management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage and support multiple store managers to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, compliance, and customer experience.
• Develop and implement district-wide strategies to improve sales, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
