Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills.
• Guest-focused with strong business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to 5-7 Dunkin' restaurant locations.
• Develop Restaurant Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest experience.
• Ensure Brand standards and food safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor P&L performance and control costs.
• Plan and execute district-level initiatives and meetings.
