Workstream is seeking an Area Coach to oversee multiple casual dining locations. You will lead Restaurant Managers, implement company standards, and drive guest satisfaction while ensuring financial performance across districts.

The role emphasizes leadership development, operational excellence, and strategic execution to sustain growth and profitability in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers across multiple locations.
• Drive operational excellence, food safety, quality and maintenance standards.
• Enhance guest experience and resolve guest concerns with a proactive approach.
• Monitor KPIs, sales, labor, and costs; implement profitability initiatives.
• Set clear goals, track performance, and foster accountability across sites.
