Workstream is seeking a District Manager – Multi-Unit for a fast casual dining chain, to oversee multiple restaurant locations and drive operational excellence. You will lead leadership development, ensure guest experiences meet high standards, and maximize financial performance.

The role emphasizes coaching, analyzing performance trends, and implementing improvements across locations while maintaining a strong culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Proven track record of developing high-performing teams and improving guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development and succession planning across multiple locations.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards including food safety and quality.
• Drive profitability by analyzing sales, labor and costs and implementing improvements.
• Set clear expectations and measurable goals for each location; monitor KPIs.
• Coach managers and hold teams accountable for performance and results.
