Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts Incorporated in Georgia region is seeking a District Manager to provide leadership, coaching, and direction to approximately 5–7 Dunkin’ restaurants. You will develop Restaurant Managers, drive sales and profitability, ensure Brand standards, and deliver an excellent guest experience.

The role focuses on building teams, maintaining brand execution, managing costs, and coordinating with franchise ownership and Dunkin Brand Field Operations to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills.
• Guest-focused with strong business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers.
