Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop Restaurant Managers across 5-7 Dunkin' locations in Georgia. You will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience with a focus on profitability and operational excellence.

You will coach teams, manage labor and costs, and partner with franchise ownership to execute marketing and LTO initiatives. Travel between restaurants is required in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills.
• Guest-focused with strong business acumen.
• Ability to travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5-7 Dunkin' restaurants with coaching and development of Restaurant Managers.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, cleanliness, and operations.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and loyalty; monitor local market trends.
• Manage labor and controllable costs; review P&L and profitability.
• Set goals, analyze performance, and communicate priorities with franchise ownership.
• Lead district meetings and execute marketing initiatives.
