Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a District Manager in Georgia to lead 5–7 Dunkin' restaurants. You will coach Restaurant Managers, drive sales and profitability, and uphold brand standards to deliver an outstanding guest experience across locations.

Responsibilities include store visits, labor and food cost management, cash controls, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. You will review sales and P&L performance, implement action plans, and partner with franchise ownership and Dunkin' Brand Field

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit hospitality or retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills.
• Guest-focused with strong business acumen.
• Ability to travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Develop future leaders and maintain strong management teams.
• Ensure restaurants meet Dunkin Brand standards, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and follow up on action plans.
• Ensure successful execution of promotions, new products, and Brand initiatives.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Understand local market and competitor trends.
• Coach teams on speed, service, accuracy, and hospitality.
• Support local marketing and sales-building initiatives.
• Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses.
• Review sales and P&L performance and create action plans to improve profitability.
• Ensure proper cash handling and operational controls.
• Set clear goals and expectations for each restaurant.
• Analyze performance and hold managers accountable for results.
• Partner with franchise ownership and Dunkin' Brand Field Operations.
• Lead district meetings and communicate company priorities.
