Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a District Manager in Georgia to lead 5–7 Dunkin' locations, coach Restaurant Managers, and drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will develop leaders, ensure brand standards, and execute marketing initiatives while traveling among restaurants to ensure consistent operations.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced environment. Travel between locations is expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills.
• Guest-focused with strong business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Develop future leaders and maintain strong management teams.
• Ensure restaurants meet Brand, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and follow up on action plans.
• Drive sales, transactions, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Understand local market and competitor trends.
• Coach teams on speed, service, accuracy, and hospitality.
• Support local marketing and sales-building initiatives.
• Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses.
• Review sales and P&L performance and create action plans to improve profitability.
• Ensure proper cash handling and operational controls.
• Set clear goals and expectations for each restaurant.
• Analyze performance and hold managers accountable for results.
• Partner with franchise ownership and Brand Field Operations.
• Lead district meetings and communicate company priorities.
