Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts in Georgia is seeking a District Manager to provide leadership, coaching, and direction to approximately 5-7 Dunkin' restaurants. You will develop Restaurant Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure Brand standards while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training managers, improving guest satisfaction, managing labor and costs, and partnering with franchise ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills.
• Guest-focused with strong business acumen.
• Ability to travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Develop future leaders and maintain strong management teams.
• Ensure restaurants meet Brand, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and follow up on action plans.
• Execute LTOs, promotions, new products, and Brand initiatives.
• Drive sales, transactions, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Understand local market and competitor trends.
• Coach teams on speed, service, accuracy, and hospitality.
• Support local marketing and sales-building initiatives.
• Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses.
• Review sales and P&L performance and create action plans to improve profitability.
• Ensure proper cash handling and operational controls.
• Set clear goals and expectations for each restaurant.
• Analyze performance and hold managers accountable for results.
• Partner with franchise ownership and Dunkin Brand Field Operations.
• Lead district meetings and communicate company priorities.
