Job summary

Burger King | Curtis Hospitality Group is seeking a District Manager to lead performance across multiple Burger King restaurants in the assigned district. You will coach General Managers, review P&Ls, drive sales, guest experience, and operational excellence.

Spend substantial time in restaurants coaching leaders, building strong teams, and ensuring action plans are executed. The role requires a valid driver’s license and regular travel between sites.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurants.

• Commitment to guest experience, people development, safety, and operational excellence.
• 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience managing restaurant P&Ls, sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and other financial metrics.
• Experience coaching and developing Restaurant General Managers or comparable business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall sales, profitability, operations, and people performance of restaurants within your district.
• Coach, develop, and hold Restaurant General Managers accountable for their restaurant results.
• Review restaurant P&Ls, sales, labor, food cost, inventory, waste, and other KPIs to drive improvement.
• Spend significant time in restaurants observing operations and coaching leaders.
• Ensure restaurants meet guest experience, speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Build leadership teams through recruiting, development, succession planning, and bench strength.
• Support local marketing and community initiatives that drive sales and strengthen brand presence.
