Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking a District Manager to oversee 1-6 restaurants, leading profitability, guest experience, people development and daily operations under the VP of Operations. You will manage a team across multiple sites and drive results with strong leadership and customer focus.

You will optimize labor, uphold brand standards, recruit and coach staff, and collaborate with local communities for marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability and P&L across restaurant area.
• Drive sales through guest service and operations management.
• Recruit, train and develop restaurant teams.
• Schedule labor and optimize staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and brand standards.
• Perform duties of the Assistant Manager when necessary.
• Engage with the local community for marketing initiatives.
