Job summary

Burger King is seeking a District Manager to oversee sales, operations, profitability, and people management across Burger King restaurants in the assigned area. The role focuses on staffing, training, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include leading RGMs, driving top-line sales, controlling costs, and maintaining labor compliance. You will build a strong team culture and handle various operational issues as needed.

Qualifications

• 4 year college business degree is preferred or equal experience.
• 3-5 years of multiunit management experience in the food industry.
• Extensive and successful experience as a restaurant general manager.
• Familiarity with company organization, policies, procedures and personnel.
• Excellent human relations, leadership and motivation skills.
• Strong listening, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Staff restaurants with qualified RGMs and assistant managers.
• Develops plans to achieve top line sales vs budget for each area.
• Control expenses and achieve budget for restaurant operating profit.
• Ensure restaurants meet Burger King operational standards.
• Monitor operational status across all dayparts and provide feedback to RGMs.
• Hire, terminate and conduct performance reviews for GMs and ensure reviews for others.
• Identify training needs and execute training programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Handle city-related operational issues.
• Build a team environment aligned with culture and philosophy.
• All other duties as assigned.
