Job summary

Curtis Hospitality Group is seeking a District Manager to drive sales, profitability, and guest experience across multiple Burger King restaurants. You will coach General Managers, review financials, and ensure execution of company standards district-wide.

You will spend significant time in the field, building strong leadership teams, managing staffing and performance, and leading initiatives to improve operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall sales, profitability, operations, and people performance of restaurants within your district.
• Coach, develop, and hold Restaurant General Managers accountable for their results.
• Review P&Ls, sales, labor, food cost, inventory, waste, and other KPIs to identify opportunities.
• Spend significant time in restaurants observing operations and coaching leaders.
• Ensure restaurants meet Burger King and Curtis Hospitality Group standards for guest experience, service speed, and quality.
• Build strong leadership teams through recruiting, development, succession planning and bench strength.
• Ensure staffing levels and manage hiring, performance, promotion, and retention of leaders.
• Maintain strong cash, inventory, expense, and operational controls across the district.
• Lead execution of new products, marketing programs, operational initiatives, training, and technology.
• Support local marketing and community initiatives to drive sales and brand presence.
• Partner with restaurant leaders and support teams to address maintenance needs and protect facilities and equipment.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with GMs and company leadership.
• Support openings, closings, remodels, acquisitions, and other business initiatives as needed.
