DC Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple Burger King locations in the Richmond and Chesapeake region. You will lead General Managers, drive sales and guest experience, and ensure brand standards across a multi-site district.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on operations focus, and willingness to travel between assigned restaurants to coach teams and optimize performance.

Formación

• Previous multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably within quick-service restaurants.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant operations, financial performance, and operational standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
• A results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across multiple Burger King locations within your district.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining high standards for food quality, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service.
• Monitor restaurant performance, including sales, labor costs, profitability, and goals.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate performance and provide hands-on leadership.
• Support recruiting, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and food safety regulations.
• Partner with senior leadership to implement strategies that improve restaurant performance and support business growth.
