Job summary

Curtis Hospitality Group, operating Burger King restaurants, seeks a District Manager to lead multiple units and drive sales, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences. You will coach General Managers, review P&Ls, and ensure operational excellence across your district.

You'll spend significant time in restaurants building strong leadership, executing company initiatives, and prioritizing guest satisfaction while developing a bench of capable leaders for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall sales, profitability, operations, and people performance of restaurants within your district.
• Coach, develop, and hold Restaurant General Managers accountable for results.
• Review restaurant P&Ls, sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and other KPIs to drive improvement.
• Spend time in restaurants observing operations, coaching leaders, and ensuring action plans are executed.
• Ensure restaurants meet Burger King and company standards for guest experience, speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
• Build leadership teams through recruiting, development, succession planning, and bench strength.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and support hiring, performance management, promotion, and retention of leaders.
