Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing for RGMs and assistant managers across restaurants.
• Develops plans to achieve top-line sales and manage expenses for each area.
• Oversee compliance with Burger King policies, safety, and labor laws.
• Lead training needs assessment and execution of development programs for restaurant management.
• Monitor operations across all dayparts and provide feedback to RGMs.
• Hire, terminate and conduct performance reviews for restaurant leadership.
