Job summary

Timewise Food Stores is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across assigned stores, driving sales, customer service, and profitability. You will lead teams, implement strategies, and ensure adherence to brand standards while coordinating with stakeholders for training and initiatives.

The role requires travel to multiple store locations, strong communication skills, and a track record in multi-unit retail management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in retail or C-store management with training/mentoring experience preferred.
• Multi-unit management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to coach and develop others.
• Knowledge of retail operations, customer service standards, and store systems.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with e-learning/training software.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and implement strategies to attain sales, loyalty programs, KPI targets, profitability, and service objectives.
• Prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, maintaining professional work environments and store conditions.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, environmental regulations, marketing initiatives, and protocols.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance sales through training, customer service, and targeted strategies.
• Demonstrate sound business acumen in autonomously managing the designated area with proactive initiative.
• Other duties as assigned.
