Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a high‑caliber Area Supervisor to oversee multiple locations in the Milwaukee area. This leadership role focuses on rebuilding standards, strengthening teams, and driving consistent performance across a market marked by turnover.

You will work with a multi‑unit leadership team to develop talent, improve operations, and deliver superior customer experiences while traveling daily among stores.

Qualifications

• Multi-unit or store-level leadership in quick-service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong coaching, communication and people development skills.
• Ability to lead through change and motivate teams in tough conditions.
• Solid understanding of operational systems, financial controls and performance metrics.
• Valid driver’s license and daily travel within the Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Ensure stores meet Papa Johns’ standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store leaders and team members.
• Performance Management: Improve labor, food cost, inventory, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Culture Building: Reset expectations and establish a positive, performance-driven environment.
• Compliance & Standards: Adhere to brand policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Daily Travel: Visit assigned stores to provide hands-on leadership and oversight.
