Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee multiple Papa John's locations in the Milwaukee area.

This leadership role focuses on rebuilding standards, strengthening teams, and driving consistent performance in a market with turnover. The ideal candidate thrives in challenging environments, embraces turnaround work, and will be supported by a multi-unit leadership team committed to developing you as you develop your market.

Formación

• Proven experience in multi-unit or store-level leadership in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people development skills.
• Ability to lead through change and motivate teams in challenging conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Leadership: Ensure stores meet standards for quality, service, cleanliness and safety.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, coach and mentor store leaders and staff.
• Performance Management: Improve labor, food cost, inventory, speed of service and customer satisfaction.
• Culture Building: Reinforce values and create a performance-driven environment.
• Compliance & Standards: Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Daily Travel: Visit stores to provide hands-on leadership and oversight.
