Job summary

Papa Johns is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee multiple locations across the greater Milwaukee area, with both onsite and remote elements. You will drive operational standards, lead teams, and deliver consistent performance in a market undergoing turnover and growth.

This leadership role requires turning around store performance, building capabilities, and aligning with a supportive multi-unit leadership team focused on professional growth and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit or store-level teams in quick-service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people-development skills.
• Ability to lead through change and motivate teams in challenging conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple stores and align operational standards across locations.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store-level leaders and team members.
• Drive improvements in labor, food cost, inventory, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
• Reset expectations, reinforce company values, and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Maintain adherence to brand policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Travel daily to assigned stores to provide hands-on leadership and oversight.
