Qualifications

• Proven multi-unit or store-level leadership in quick-service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people-development skills.
• Ability to lead through change and motivate teams in challenging conditions.
• Solid understanding of operational systems, financial controls, and performance metrics.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities

• Operational leadership to meet standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store leaders and teams.
• Drive improvements in labor, food cost, inventory, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
• Reset expectations, reinforce company values, and build a performance-driven culture.
• Maintain adherence to brand policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Visit assigned stores regularly to provide hands-on leadership and oversight.
