Papa Johns is seeking a high-caliber Area Supervisor to oversee multiple locations and rebuild operational standards. This pivotal leadership role focuses on team development and driving consistent performance across a market in turnover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple stores or units
• Strong coaching and people-development skills
• Excellent communication across teams and stores
• Ability to lead through change and drive performance
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in the Milwaukee area

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple Papa John’s locations
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store leaders and staff
• Drive improvements in labor, food cost, inventory, speed of service, customer satisfaction
• Reset expectations and reinforce company values for a performance-driven culture
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular store visits to provide hands-on leadership and support
