Job summary

Papa Johns in the Milwaukee area seeks a high-caliber Area Supervisor to oversee multiple locations. This leadership role is focused on rebuilding operational standards, strengthening teams, and driving consistent performance across a market that has recently turnover and needs structured leadership.

You will travel daily to stores, recruit and mentor store leaders, and partner with a multi-unit leadership team to deliver measurable turnaround results and build long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-unit leadership within quick-service, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people-development skills.
• Ability to lead through change and motivate teams in challenging conditions.
• Solid understanding of operational systems, financial controls, and performance metrics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Ensure all stores meet Papa Johns’ standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store-level leaders and team members to build capability and accountability.
• Performance Management: Drive improvements in labor management, food cost, inventory control, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
• Culture Building: Reset expectations, reinforce company values, and establish a positive, performance-driven environment.
• Compliance & Standards: Maintain adherence to brand policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Daily Travel: Visit assigned stores regularly to provide hands‑on leadership, support, and oversight.
