Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. franchise area is seeking an Area Coach to provide leadership and direct supervision across multiple Taco Bell restaurants.

The AC coaches RGMs and AGMs to meet performance targets in guest service, margins, and employee satisfaction, while ensuring food safety and brand standards. The role includes selecting and developing managers, rolling out initiatives, and modeling best practices in fast-food operations.

Qualifications

• Strong preference for internal promote from RGM/MTM position.
• Associates or Undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support RGMs and AGMs day-to-day to develop leadership capability.
• Coach RGMs on the 4 Rights and drive performance improvements.
• Ensure consistent guest satisfaction and CHAMPS execution in restaurants.
• Analyze P&L, drive sales and maximize profitability across the area.
• Provide regular feedback to RGMs and other managers.
