Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to oversee leadership across multiple Taco Bell locations. The role focuses on developing RGMs, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.

You will coach leaders, roll out programs, analyze customer insights, and ensure consistent operational excellence across stores. Strong math, communication, and travel readiness are essential for success.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven ability to hire, coach and develop managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical decision making.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.

Responsabilidades

• Model the How We Work Together Principles in daily leadership of the area.
• Find, hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the "4 Rights" and provide regular 1:1 feedback sessions.
• Take action without being told and maintain a high activity level.
• Analyze VOC and CORE to understand customer perceptions across stores.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs for success.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with coworkers, employees and customers.
• Analyze the financial performance of your area and understand trends.
