Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop 5-10 restaurants, aligning RGMs with operating plans, food safety, and service standards. The AC works closely with RGMs and AGMs to coach, train, and motivate managers while modeling excellence in guest experience.

Travel to designated stores is required; strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proven track record in developing teams are essential. This role emphasizes people development, customer satisfaction, and profit optimization

Qualifications

Associates or Undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
6-8 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee development.

Responsibilities

Build management capability by coaching RGMs and developing a bench of leaders.
Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and CHAMPS standards across the area.
Coach for P&L discipline, analyze area performance, and drive sales/profitability.
Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs and travel to designated stores as required.
