Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach to lead and develop management across multiple restaurants. The role focuses on coaching RGMs, maintaining guest satisfaction, and driving financial performance through the P&L. You will travel to stores to work with the leadership team and ensure adherence to standards.

Primary duties include building leadership capability, rolling out new initiatives, and mentoring store leaders to achieve targets in service, margin, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong preference for internal promote from RGM/MTM position.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
• Demonstrated track record of coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build management capability by coaching RGMs and developing a deep bench of leaders.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by fostering positive guest experiences and resolving issues.
• Coach P&L discipline by analyzing area financial performance and driving profitable growth.
• Travel to designated stores to work with management teams regularly.
